Payhomage 12MT - The Movement to Follow
Pay Homage Entertainment was established in 1999 in the basement of a Englewood, New Jersey home by 12 friends who all shared the dream of making quality music. From its humble beginnings, Pay Homage Entertainment has grown from a 12 man clique to a multimedia empire; with an array of talent that doesn’t stop at Hip Hop. Music distribution, In-house Production/DJ’ing, and even Promotions, show only an ounce of this team’s versatility. In 1999, 3 members formed the group “Patriotz”. Booker (@MrQualityish), Pryme (@PrimOflow), and Chino (@ReaLIHS) began developing a style of music all their own which would become the foundation of Pay Homage Entertainment. In 2002, the group expanded from 3 to 7 members (adding Bond$- @Payhomage, Mizzle Da Skolah-@JM_Flow, Hollywood-@FutureForbezJK, and DJ Frank White-@Frankwhite20s), the name Patriotz was shortened to PTZ and a new era of PHE had begun. Just 3 years later the future of the company was cemented with the signing of the Young Fly Businessmen (YFB) who’s style, talent, and swagger has jolted PHE into the next generation of hip hop. Fast forward to 2011 and PayHomage Ent is still evolving with Custom Embroidery company EsquireEMB, and the rebranding of PTZ as 12MT (after the 12 Man Tie motto of unity the team lives by.)
